Microsoft, it is the turn of Amazon to present its new generation Kindle Fire tablets. In all, the e-commerce giant has unveiled three new devices, namely Fire HD redesignated, and Kindle Fire 7 HDX and HDX 8.9.
prices and availability, HDX 7 will be on sale from October 18 to $ 229 for 16 GB ($ 329 for the 4G model available November 14). HDX 8.9 16GB will be sold at 379 dollars from 7 November ($ 479 4G as of December 10).
As for the new Kindle Fire HD, a 7-inch tablet equipped with 16 GB of storage and it will be a very aggressive price: 139 dollars. Date of availability has not yet been mentioned by Amazon.
Despite the very low price, the new Kindle displayed a high-end configuration, particularly at the screen with a resolution of 1920×1200 for HDX 7 (323 ppi) and 2560×1600 for 8.9 HDX (339 ppi ).
tablets are also equipped with quad-core Qualcomm processor clocked at 2.2 GHz and 2 GB of RAM. In terms of autonomy, Amazon promises 11 hours of use (17 hours playback).
