Kindle iOS App: required update before installing iOS 7 - Actualitté.com

Amazon just put online on the App Store, version 3.9.2 of its Kindle reading application for iOS. The company warns users of Apple devices, warning them not to miss the last update before installing iOS 7. For without this update, there is a risk for the reader to temporarily lose access to their Kindle library.

According to the description of the App Store, this latest update is a patch to fix a problem of compatibility between the Kindle app and iOS 7. No functional novelty, but it would prevent users from having to reconnect and re-download the books purchased through Amazon.

if this update is missing, the consequences could be boring even if the firm synchronizes its books with accounts, which prevents permanent loss of library. While the bug is not explicitly detailed, it’s hard to know if it is inherent in the application of Amazon or a possible code of iOS
