Epson Connect, printers sync with the Kindle wireless tablets

Epson has made an announcement on its Connect printers that could synchronize wirelessly with two Amazon tablets, namely Kindle Fire HD and Kindle Fire HDX. What this means for the end user? Basically, the owners of the tablet can print important documents without having to bother to connect the printer with a physical cable, which is a good thing, because there will be fewer disturbances on the table.

Android 4.4 KitKat brought native support for the printer, and as the Epson Connect supports both models Amazon Kindle Fire, this should also work with other compatible printers. For example, if you take the Nexus 5, it already has Android 4.4 KitKat by default, and it can automatically detect the presence of an HP printer monitoring for downloading and installing the required software so you can print directly from Google Docs on site. Remember that the Kindle tablet will first be updated to OS 3.1 Fire.
