Amazon will launch its Kindle Fire tablets in Belgium - Le Vif

The range of tablets Amazon was long available in the United States and some major European countries, but the Kindle Fire HD will be launched in June as in Belgium and that in two variants.

For a long time, the range of Amazon tablets were available in the United States and – at a later stage – in some major European countries. In June, the giant retail market the HD versions of its tablets in 170 additional countries, including Belgium and the Netherlands.

The Kindle Fire HD comes in two variants. 7-inch version weighs 395 grams, has a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and is equipped with a dual-heart processor clocked at 1.5 GHz. The 16GB model costs $ 214 and the 32GB thirty dollars.

There is also a variant of 8.9 inches. It weighs 567 grams, has a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels and is equipped with a processor running at 1.5 GHz. The 16GB version costs $ 284 and the 32GB at $ 314.

Amazon Tablets run on a customized version of the Android operating system that showcases the services specific to Amazon . The devices are also connected to the Amazon Appstore, a sort of lighter version of Google Play.

The tablets will land in Belgium on June 13. They can now be ordered.
