Amazon updates its Kindle app on iOS - Clubic

Amazon has deployed a small update for its Kindle app to the iOS users. It is now available in Version 4.1

In its new version, the Kindle app improves the management of different annotations made by the reader. It is now possible to apply their filters. Amazon explains that “ Players now have the ability to filter their bookmarks, notes, highlighting of and use different highlight colors, to find their notes more easily. .” It is for example possible to go directly to a piece of text annotations.

Kindle reading lights, it is possible to observe the progress of reading in a book percentage. This feature is now available as an option on iOS. It placed in the lower left corner of each page. Amazon adds that using dictionary has been revised to simply switch from one language to another or, where appropriate, make use of a third dictionary previously purchased.
