Amazon launched the Kindle USA Scout, a new service for authors and readers. Each author may propose pitcher and the first pages of a manuscript ever published. These items are posted on the dedicated website.
Readers then take out and to vote for their favorite texts. Books winning the most votes are then published and sold in the Kindle store for digital books. ( read details here) .
On Kindle Scout, it is the readers who decide almost last. They can read extracts and choose their favorite manuscripts (3 maximum). Future novels that have repotted the most votes are then read not Amazon team chooses the best.
